  Christina and her team are truly unique in this space. They were able to get my loan completed in less than 30 days during a very busy time in the market. From Chandra Parisi's upfront efficiency to Lisa Headley taking time to work through final closing details, the entire team works seamlessly together. I have worked with Christina on both purchases and refinancing and she is the best!

  Let me begin by saying - I am NOT an easy customer.. I a bit needy and need lots of attention.. But let me tell you how awesome Christina and her team is!! I own 3 homes and have dealt with Chase, Wells Fargo, Lending Tree, a Mortgage Banker, and a local Chicago Bank for purchase and refinances. US Bank - hired the best team in town. Christina's service is the best I have dealt with. She is transparent and honest with what she can deliver! Her response and customer service is the best in the business. She offered a deal that was unheard of for Jumbo loans - No PMI -10% down. And the rate was amazing too! What I like about Christina and her team is that they work so hard to get approval and processed. We received an approval within 2 weeks and closed within that time frame! After this experience I will NOT be shopping it around anymore because Christina and her team is the best! We closed within 2 weeks after our Underwriting approval. Appraisal was done within a week. I can't wait to do another deal with Christina and her team because they are that good.. Don't believe me? Go call her and talk to Christina and ask for Jumbo loan no PMI with 10% down! Then get the rate and go shop it around the next 3 mortgage bankers - Guarantee Rate, Fairway, Lending Tree.. None of them will be able to compete not just on rate, but the SERVICE - Professional, responsive, and communicative. You want the best mortgage banker in Chicago - call Christina Razzi @ US Bank and you will not be sorry. I am sad that I we don't get to talk everyday about the different restaurants.. The only drawback I have against Christina is that she didn't remember my son's name..... HAHAHA! But when it comes to Mortgages and lending she is the best! Let's talk about mortgage fees. She had the lowest mortgage fee since you get a credit back if you open a free checking account.. What a deal.. I virtually paid no fees for this loan. This review is 100% real and was blown away.. Don't believe me go check her out and her amazing team! My next mortgage will be with her! Christina will be the only person I call for mortgages! No one in town is better than her..
