      Chris is absolutely awful. He along with his team wasted 5 months requesting more and more documents on a loan after it was conditionally approved. Reiterating time and time again that the loan will indeed fund, and then fell short without any transparency in the process. During such time interest rate doubled. Avoid at all cost he simply does not know what he is doing.
