  Navigating home buying in 2021 felt fraught and unlikely at times. And then there was Dawn. Dawn is an absolute advocate. She helped me get the best interest rate possible and applied her expertise to whatever situation arose. I've financed with other loan officer's before, and it was fine and good (and the market was much simpler), but Dawn's service, insights, constant support and expert context made this complicated market seem doable. I feel she gave me every advantage because of her dedication and how she manages details. She is an educational force and now I will always be a savvy home buyer forever. I am grateful she was my loan officer and I'll work with Dawn if/when I buy again.

  I’m extremely grateful for and impressed with Dawn. I never knew a banker would answer emails on the weekends and call after business hours. She is a total gem and she took care of me in the process of buying my home. I can’t say enough about how helpful and caring she is, and she insured I was able to use the loan product I wanted and that was best for me. She beat every competitor with my interest rate and fees and that also gives me confidence I made the right choice in becoming a USBank customer. She goes above and beyond the call!
