  I had the pleasure of working with Candace Leary after getting some denials for a simple land lot loan because they didn’t care to do some work to help out. It was definitely possible to obtain the loan easily and Candace was on top of everything along every step of the way. Thank you for your help through this process.

  Absolutely the worst place to have a mortgage. Very rude staff over the phone, every member you talk to for help always says something different from the last person. Doesn't honor agreements made by phone. Times are tough for people and the last thing anyone needs is to have a mortgage company that treats their customers horribly. If you have a choice in mortgages, please look elsewhere before signing with US Bank.

  one if not all of the 5 star reviews on this page are from people who work in the industry and not customers . yes I looked you up on people finder and LinkedIn to establish a conflict of interest in reviewing this company. original review: horrible corporation. this review is not directed at any one branch or person. but directed at corporate actions of said company. us bank has been nothing but a problem since my insurance claim has started. they knowingly with held a 27k dollar repair check for my roof resulting in 55k in additional damages and mold remediation issues leaving the home unlivable for months. the home is still barely livable now and they tried to foreclose because I had to get a rental. They have caused an immense financial burden on my family. they have given false statements to the hud investigators and have multiple departments that do not communicate with one another on issues regarding the insurance claim, my contract, and foreclosure threats. I felt this experience needs to be public in this review so people can get prepared by hiring an attorney ahead of time to deal with us bank. their actions have depreciated my investment and ability to secure a future mortgages has come into question now. update : the insurance company is now using us banks actions against me in court to deny the additional damage claim in court. upc is avoiding subrogation against us bank and focusing on refuting their actions. neither us bank or upc have a shred of integrity.
