      Do NOT, and I repeat, do NOT try to get a mortgage through Jason Jackson. You will only delay your home buying process and meet frustration after frustration. My partner and I went to US Bank looking for a VA Mortgage. We assumed this would be a fairly straightforward process until Jason told us we needed a VA Verification letter. Fast forward almost a MONTH and we find out from the VA that Jason should have access to this document within a few minutes of his own time. We're attempting to purchase our first home and move out of state. This was NOT the experience we were hoping for. When Jason was told by my partner that he should have access to the VA for the letter he needed, he started arguing and refused to work with us. In the end he essentially told my partner to go find a mortgage somewhere else. TERRIBLE service. 0/5
