      Jim was always immediately responsive over the phone to our many questions and worked hard to get us the best deal possible at that time. He couldn't attend our closing but assured us that everything would go smoothly and it did. There was a miscommunication regarding an offer from US Bank, but eventually Jim worked to resolve that for us.
