      Rob was excellent in helping getting me a home loan. It's incredibly intimidating with all the paperwork and he took the time to explain each document.

      Robert Barrientos confirmed a rate lock of 2.875% with 10 year ARM for a home refinance. I submitted all required documents and application fee. I was asked the same information multiple times. Once all documents were submitted the terms began changing and Mr. Barrientos said he made a mistake. Out of total frustration and lack of trust I withdrew my application. Then he told me he will return my application fee via gift card. The gift card never arrived in mail. Beware of doing business with him.
