  Eagle FCU Bernalillo NM branch manager Lucero has violated my rights suddenly refusing to accept my business check deposits from companies who add my dba after the normal GLOBALXLLC check payor name which has been Eagle FCUs practice for over 10 years on my business account, I’m moving my accounts to a more professional, honest branch where they don’t reject my rightful check deposits Lucero should be held accountable with Eagle FCU management

  Of course, I expected the banks to be busy it was Friday before a three day weekend, lots of cars were in the parking lot. I walked in and was greeted at the door with a smile, no one was in line but three tellers were helping three customers. I stood in the queue for no more that 5 sec befor I was politely asked to step over to be helped. Your polite smiling teller began to help me deposit my check, and notified me that it was just over her personal limit and asked for patience while she cleared it. She came back thanked me for understanding, she has just stared working for you, I couldn't tell at all, she was very professional. I'm a matter of moments she was handing me my receipt for my deposit. Asked me if there was anything else that I needed help with, and wish my a good weekend. I received a have a good day from the greeter, and I left that branch with a smile. When I thought of going to the bank earlier in the day I figured I'd be in line for 20mins, I was happy to see how well your team handled the busy day. Thank you
