      All right, following the suggestion on a sign inside the bank, I am leaving this review. Ulster Savings is an excellent local bank and I have had accounts here for years. This branch is always cheerfully decorated, displays local art and the employees are consistently friendly and helpful. Low/no fees and excellent service, what else would you want from a bank?
