I began my relationship with UMB due to a former employer that used them. I had such wonderful experiences cashing my checks there for 10 years I decided to open my own accounts for myself and my child; she is an adult now and also continues to bank with UMB. They have fast, friendly and efficient service and they tend to go the extra mile for their customers! I have tried the other big name banks and UMB is where it is at and has been for me and my family now for twenty years!
