  I've had account with this bank since I turned 18, it's been home ever since. The ladies at the Belt location in St. Joseph, MO are the reason I've stayed. I've had to cancel accounts due to fraud, do a lot over the phone since I live 2.5 hours from the nearest branch, and learn how to become a fiscally responsible adult. Those ladies helped me through the ups and downs. I literally just got off the phone with Becky and she knew my voice and that I had to be in trouble, because that's the only reason I call. I hope other branches deliver the same service.

  My husband and I applied for a loan and it took so long before it was approved. We got tired of waiting so we went with another place. We have been loyal customers for years. The amount we were asking for was way less than the value of our home we were using as collateral.
