  I have been with UMe for several years and Frank is what makes banking there such an extraordinary experience. On the exterior, UMe has catchy slogans that make you want to inquire within, but it is difficult to maintain any sort of a relationship that fails to promote substance, value, spontaneity, openness, and gravitas. This is where UMe SHINES. How? By hiring people that create more than a bank. Take Frank, for example. From the moment you meet him, you will find him to be soft spoken, kind, patient, thoughtful, intelligent, and determined to exceed every one of your expectations. He is everything UMe promises to be, and everything they aspire to be.

  I sent a check to my grandson's Vanguard 529 college fund account . Vanguard cashed the check for 2x the amount written on the check!! I called UMe and spoke with Jesenia. Jesenia and UMe's accounting department worked to get the funds reimbursed to my checking account within a week. What a relief! Jesenia was so professional and helpful. Kudos to UMe for helping me resolve the situation.
