      A little hole in walnut creek...massive turnover of staff. One window with very archaic paper pushing old banking rituals. It should be closed. I am moving to a better bank. I wasted so much time with this schlocky outfit.

      I gave 2 stars because of several reasons, one is that the online banking passwords repeatedly give me issues. I have 4 resets because of their crappy system to passwords I can't even remember because of the complex security requirements. It's outrageous to have to change your password for failing the 2 factor authentication. Also, on my account I constantly see random noname transactions which I have an issue with. I gave them 2 stars and not one because their staff in rocklin and especially in fairfield especially nice and have great customer service. I put the review here because this is listed as the corporate address.
