  I've been exclusively banking with another local credit union for the last 24 years, and recently established a new account with Umpqua. The overall experience, personable manager, convenient locations, and slick tech apps while staying true to the time-tested basics, make Umpqua appealing, and ahead of the competition.

  Used to be a great bank …..unfortunately I need to find another bank at this point…. Please don’t waste your time and find another bank or at least another branch!

  Don't waste your time going to this location. We are banking with Umpqua since they held our mortgage, but they've made it very difficult to do any banking with them during the pandemic. They insist that you call ahead of time and set and appointment which is inconvenient. We got a large check and wanted to deposit it ASAP and couldn't use the app so went to the closest location which was this one. They wouldn't answer the phone. You could see inside that people were there, but they didn't answer. Tried several times. Called a different location and they agreed that it was strange, so they called this location to see if they would let us in to deposit the check. They didn't answer for them either. What should have taken a few minutes on a lunch break from work became a 40 minute ordeal ending in having to drive to a different location. Get it together Umpqua.
