      I have been with UMPQUA since 1999, back then it was Sterling Bank. They tout themselves as the World's Greatest Bank and they are! They take a personal interest in their customers. I will never bank anywhere else

      I deposited a cashier's check and even though it cleared the bank they still made me wait a full 7days. So they are holding my money that I can't access. I called them and the lady was rude and irritated with me because I wanted access to my money!
