  Horrible bank been a customer for over 5 years never had a bounced check nor a overdraft fee / negative balance and they still wont cash a check because its a third party check !!!!!??? What kind of bank are these people running here in los molinos CA.....

  Alicia, We’re very sorry to hear about the experience you had with not cashing a third party check when you have no negative banking history with us, and we agree that it was wrong for you not to be able to cash a check that's signed over to you from someone else. Ideally, we would like all your interactions with us to be a positive one, and back up our reputation as having excellent customer service. I only hope that the unpleasant encounter you had does not reflect on us as whole, as we strive to resolve any errors with urgency and handle every issue as if it were our own. I am truly sorry if you didn’t get the chance to experience that for yourself. We have submitted a formal complaint on your behalf, and we sincerely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Management is gaining hold on all of these kinds of complaints that we submit and where, and changes are in the works such as more training regarding customer service expectations and guidelines for how our customers deserve to be treated every single time.

  Got to the branch at 3:25p to open an account. The lady didn't want to help me because "we close in a bit" way to loose business!!!
