  My husband and I have been using Umpqua for about 5 or 6 years now. They worked with us after a very large sum of money went missing in our checking account due to several back to back fraudulent transactions. I deducted a star because they are no longer open on Saturdays and they close at 4pm on weekdays. As someone who works a typical 9 to 5 job working around their open hours is nearly impossible unless I take time off of work. Basically I can't ever go into the bank when I need something that requires a banker. i.e. changing my last name after marriage.

  This is by far the worst bank you could bank with. You have to wait a week to get your money if you want to pull a large sum or close your account. The tellers and the manager are very rude and act like children .

  I think the person I talked to on the phone was Julie. She was INCREDIBLY rude and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say without assuming. She is condescending and needs to learn some human decency.
