  The ladies there are usually nice but I went through the drive thru today to make a deposit into someone else's account and wasn't greeted or even acknowledged by the staff. Then my receipt came with the owners account balance on it. Not very professional.

Ideally, we would like all your interactions with us to be a positive one, and back up our reputation as having excellent customer service. I only hope that the unpleasant encounter you had does not reflect on us as whole, as we strive to resolve any errors with urgency and handle every issue as if it were our own. I am truly sorry if you didn’t get the chance to experience that for yourself. We would love to be provided the details of this situation, so we can address the customer service and coach this associate to not give someone else's account balance to a non-signer.
