This review is for UMPQUA bank as a whole not necessarily this specific branch. Their online business banking platform is a nightmare. Horrible. Super difficult to do basic things such as pull up a simple bank statement, look at your account number, etc. All the things you think would be easy to do, the UMPQUA online banking platform thought of a harder way to do it. Extreme headache every time I have to log into my account to pull information.
