      Can’t talk to anyone on the phone. Tried pressing “2” to speak with someone during business hours and got in an automated loop repeating the same menu. This bank’s app is pretty limited as it is and is missing modern features and functionality like a chat window. Please improve these things!

      Came in to talk about my account and Umpqua gave all my checking account money to the state because they "couldn't get ahold of me"... What?! The staff was extremely UNhelpful. When I ask how can I get it back he said "I don't know, the state has it." I've been with Umpqua since they aquired Sterling Savings. I'll never come back and take my checking and savings elsewhere. Don't trust Umpqua with your money, it will quite literally disappear.
