      Disappointing customer service. I filled out the loan app and sent required docs, and I kept getting, "I'll review and get back to you". No pre-qualify or qualifying amount after communicating for two months and all I got was a ding to my credit for because they requested a report...and I make over six-figures and have +840 credit score. Crazy.

      Umpqua has been dragging out our home loan for over four months. And just when they finally stop saying “almost done we just need...” and tell us we can sign our papers finally. they come up with something else that takes 3-4 weeks minimum that we were told we didn’t need. I wouldn’t ever get a home loan through them again. They are very disorganized. Asking for the same thing multiple times and coming up with new things all the time instead of having a checklist in the very beginning with everything.
