This new branch may be small but it packs a punch. I use this branch for all my banking needs. This week, I went in needing a personal loan so that I can get my house ready to sell. It was approved and funded the same day. The staff are especially helpful and friendly. They have been able to meet all my banking needs with expertise and efficiency.

Generally I would never go as far as to post a comment such as this, however considering my time spent with this bank and the poor quality of service I have received, its necessary. To start, I am not commenting about any other location accept for the 1809 Holmes Street location. To get straight to the point, the staff there is unqualified and I do not trust them with any viewing of my finances. Going into depth, I consistently go in there and have to speak with just one individual because the others cannot give me and answer. The individual that I typically have to speak with, Andrew, continues to treat me as if #1 I am not up to his standards (Sassy, belittling comments) and #2 I am a burden to his current work. As someone who doesn't enjoy going to a bank in the first place i'm not happy when a banker is treating me poorly and making comments towards my finances. I am closing my account and have already switched to another bank after close to 3 years of banking there. I post this in the hopes that their management will do something about their attitudes and hopefully make some corrections. Again, I am only speaking about my interactions with Andrew.
