  The team specifically the team that helped us get our financing Derek Bissen and Dawn Hammock went above and beyond to make buying our first home from being an extremely overwhelming experience, to an incredibly easy process.They were very helpful and knowledgeable with walking us through the home-buying process with gathering the best mortgage options for us. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, also informing us on things they felt important we should know being new homeowners.   Derek came up with a solid solution to my unconventional mortgage needs when conventional mortgage lenders were unable to provide one. He was a pleasure to work with - honest, responsive and great communications. I trusted him that no last-minute underwriting issues would derail my deal, and it all went very smoothly. Also, Dawn was super efficient at getting everything submitted for underwriting and closing - we were able to accommodate the seller's request to close a few days early. I would highly recommend Derek and Fidelity Funding.
