I’m very happy with Unify. I switched all of my accounts over from Wells Fargo about 2 years ago and am much happier. We did a HELoC through them as well and it was a seamless process.

My Entire Family Bank With This Credit Union Which We’ve Been Using Since (2013) When We Were In California. We Moved To San Antonio And There Is No One Unify FCU For General Public As Big As San Antonio Is. Love The Bank But We Are Going To Have To Close Our Accounts With Them.

I've had a pleasant yet frustrating experience with this financial group. I do gig work so it's hard to verify what I make. in a time of dire emergency I asked for a loan and they denied me. a week later they offer me a credit card but it was just a joke because they already knew they couldn't verify my income. I have a stressful life. I don't need people being condescending and laughing at my misfortune. I need help. so needless to say I wasted a trip to the branch so they could rub it in my face I didn't have a job that fit their ideology. I eventually just started taking the money at my own expense because they have a wonderful courtesy pay system but now I'm burning my money just to borrow money from myself. I really need a credit card cause it's the more financially viable option. gonna try again in a couple days and see if they are still too highbrow for me or if they have come down to earth a bit.
