      Credit unions are so much more personal than banks. Unify is exceptional. Great staff.

      Worst banking experience in my life. First restricted my account without saying anything or sending me an email asking me for the info needed to unrestrict it. Then when I try to close the account they say I can’t do it over the phone but I have to send a letter to them saying I want to close my account. Now because I didn’t close my account myself they closed it for me and it caused another bank I have to put restrictions on me for a year.

      Terrible services won't help with hold over work checks. Lakewood is the best branch in the city. Even though I recommend going to a different credit union
