      I always thought this bank was okay, but honestly the head bank teller is so rude. She gives you attitude if you aren’t the banks client… I come here monthly and this is the first time she ever helped me and I hope it’s the last one. But the other ladies are very nice minus whoever this lady is (head teller manager?)

      I went to this branch of Union Bank in Rancho Mirage to cash a check as a non-customer. I had to stand in line even longer because this woman that appeared to be the branch manager upset one of the tellers so much that the teller started crying and ended up closing her window. I guess it was the branch manager that was talking to the teller and she came from behind the teller line. I couldn't believe the inappropriate way she was dressed. It looked as if she was going to a nightclub or something. If this is representing Union Bank I sure am glad that I don't bank with you guys. I just had to let you know that whatever role this lady named Crystal is in your company, it appears that she is mentally abusive to her staff. Shame on you Union Bank for allowing this behaviour in a work place.
