If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in to bring my account to $0 so I could close my accounts. I was told they couldn't take another bank's card as payment so I rushed outside to withdraw from the ATM so I could use cash to close my accounts. I came back in, made the deposit, and confirmed with the teller that my accounts were closed. However, here I am two weeks later and I'm getting penalty fees for not having a balance in my account WHICH WAS CONFIRMED BY THIS BRANCH THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. SHADY SHADY!! Not only do I have sore taste for Unionbank in general, but definitely this branch. What a bunch of shady people.
