      Horrible customer service. Tried to apply for a PPP loan today (after numerous other banks had already figured it out) and nobody had a clue on how the program worked. Was turned away at the door and told I would receive a call within the hour to come back and fill out the forms (don’t worry... you won’t lose your place in line). 5+ hours later and no call. You think they would have informed their business customers (going on 12+ years as a customer) that the program even existed. Not at all impressed with this bank. Once this is over and we are back to normal I will find a new bank. Would not recommend them to anyone.
