      horrible service. Don’t cash out money from them. I don’t have any trouble cash in or out with other bank. They treat you like some kind of criminals. I am glad that I close the account.

      Paid off my mortgage loan. Still show I have a balance. Spoke to multiple people. Spent few hours on hold. They couldn’t give me an answer on what’s going on. Mortgage specialist said she will call me back the next day which she did NOT. Very disappointed with union bank. I will cancel my account.
