      I have bought and sold 13 houses in the Seattle area since 1979. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They do not answer the phone and they move their servicing around. I can never get any responses from them.

      It was great experience. I was a first time home buyer and was scared I would not get approved. They let me know there were programs available for me. I was able to get a grant that paid for my down payment!!! Lisa made me feel extremely comfortable, and the whole team is full of genuinely nice people. I am urging all my friends to use them for their first home purchase. I never thought I would be able to buy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
