      The most amazing team I have ever encountered is at Union Bank! We have been customers of BB&T since 1983. They had our personal accounts & 3 of our businesses. We had been very satisfied with our banking situation until about 10 years ago when the ‘personal’ started dissipating. The current covid situation has exposed that personal customer service had completely disappeared from the large corporate banks, at least in our experience. Enter UNION bank-wow! The Customer service of the Goldsboro team has gone above & beyond anything I could have ever thought a bank was capable of delivering due to our past experience. We will never do banking with any institution again unless they are a community bank because they are actually there for the community!! Thank each and everybody at Union bank for all your attention & assistance; a special thanks to Sharon & Donna!

      Wonder when the next name change is going to be.I remember when it was Bank of America.Seems like it changes names alot.

      Hi Keith, you have likely reached the wrong bank. This Union Bank branch location has never been Bank of America and we have not changed our name but once since 1998.

      Love love love this bank!! Customer service is wonderful, they know me by name when I walk in the door. They know who the rest of my family and extended family is and always ask how they are doing. Even better they pay me to bank there! There are no atm fees and they reimburse the fees that other banks charge.
