      It’s taken me awhile to get useful to drive up accessing. Now I can’t live with out it. UnionBank bank continues to tread over those other banks with simply accurate bookkeeping and a back for being around.

      I opened an account there with a very large deposit. After holding it for 10 days, now I'm told that I can only withdraw x amount per day for the next 6 months. They wont let me spend MY money. Closing my account immediately. Unacceptable for a bank to limit how I spend MY MONEY.

      I've worked with this bank for business for 10 years+ Although the names and faces have changed a little, this branch has consistently been attentive to my needs and assisted successfully every time I have needed anything from them. Their customer service is excellent. Accuracy has been excellent. Fees have been reasonable for business banking. Grace, branch manager has worked her way up the ranks to Branch Manager and has always demonstrated excellence in preserving, and growing the bank-customer relationships. Any issues I have had have been logically and swiftly solved to the benefit of the customer point of view. Financially, this bank was not involved in the 2008 financial meltdown as it is ultimately a subsidiary of a larger Japanese entity. Having experience with other banks in our area, None come close to the quality of service I have received with Yucca Valley Union Bank.
