      I've been banking with Union Bank for years now. I recently moved to the bay area from Orange County and decided to visit my local Union Bank branch. When I was being helped I was being questioned like if I was going to pull off a scam or something. I wouldn't have minded the questions because of security protocol but they asked some really personal questions which I thought was unnecessary. I went from feeling comfortable with Union Bank to just complete awkwardness and unwanted. Not sure if I'd visit this branch again, or bank with Union for that matter.

      Came to open an account. They said that I need to make an appointment to do that. The staff are the worst I have ever experienced with banks. She acted like we owe her something.
