  I have been banking with Union Bank for almost 20 years as a business owner. I needed to make a large cash withdraw for my business and wanted as few people as possible to know about it. I went into the branch and asked to speak with the manager. I went round and round with the greeter making my request 4-5 times. They assured me they could handle my needs. Reluctantly I told him I wanted to make a large cash withdraw. He wanted to know how much and I told him. Immediately he turned to a coworker next to him at a free standing counter and told her what I needed. ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!! I was then shown to the main counter where a cashier helped me. I was told it would take a week and a half, and I never got the chance to speak with the manager. At some point the manager did contact me by phone. When I went to pick up my withdraw the girl at the door asked my name, the inside was not open to public due to Covid. I told her my name and she said, oh you're here to pick up the large cash withdraw. REALLY!!!!! She showed me to the cashier window where the teller was aware of what I was there for. By this time 6 people were aware of my large cash withdraw and the manager comes to me to have me sign a liability release. REALLY!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!! After everyone in the place seems to know about my transaction, they want me to release them from all liability. I decided to write this review after seeing an individual withdraw his life's saving and get robbed outside his bank. I'm not sure what bank he was dealing with. Union Bank obviously does not want to be bothered with the requests of their customers, even to the point of putting them at physical risk and possibly death. The amateur manner in which this transaction was dealt with is astounding.

  I have been banking a long time with Union Bank. Other branches in the area are much more helpful. This branch is not good for anything other then the drive up ATM .
