      There's rarely a line the staff is very friendly and attentive.

      This branch is awful. The staff don't know the meaning of customer service. You are supposed to make it convenient for them, not the other way around. As a business customer, you can't get even the smallest change order without calling it in, you can't get more than 2 rolls of quarters and they need 45 minutes to put together 100 1s, 20 5s and the 2 rolls of quarters. To kill time, I go to my personal bank to get the additional quarters I need. If you are thinking about opening an account at union bank, you really should go elsewhere.
