      Today I had a bad experience at the bank with Rick, he didn't help me when I told him I had fraud, I just wrote it down, I told him to change my card and password. The only thing he told me he said is to call on the phone. I said I was calling for more than 1 hour and 1/2 by phone and no one answered me, he didn't care, I still insisted that I help him. To me, that's racism.. That's not fair. And this is not just now, something similar happened another time. There are 3 frauds. I didn't want to put even one star, it won't let me post. Now that I put a star on it, let me publish, that's not legal either.
