      thing 10 times before going with this bank. There customer service is the worst service ever I see in my life. We have a mortgage loan with them it’s been 2 months we can’t pay our mortgage every time we call them or try to pay online the system said the payment went trough but after 3 days again I check my account the payment is still pending. Also they put late payment on my credit. I called them more then 10 times to fix the issue. There customer service representative are not fully trained to answer all the question or help to fix the issue.
