      This lender totally screwed over my daughter. They had a home but were looking to upgrade. Gave all their financial information and were per approved, told, "Go find a new home". So they sold their existing home and found a new one, within all of the guidelines given by the loan agent. Then they came back and said they were not approved. Now they are without a home. They have a one year old son and will be homeless at the holidays. Stay away from this lender. Total scam.
