  What a disappointment!! If you are choosing this company, be prepared to be disappointed, pulled in every direction for you to collect paperwork you have already provided or even, worse of it, being given false information. To summarize our experience with this company, which was referred by our real estate agent, was only bad surprises after bad surprises. Let’s start by the paperwork collection. I provided on hand all the necessary documentation during the first visit. I got a “perfect” answer and even heard “you have the best clients I ever had”. Many more documents were needed after that, each of them requested after being told that everything was good. And documents already provided were asked several times as well. Not really professional in my opinion, even when you know that buying a house is a complicated process. This is our third one and it has been from far the worse of all of them. After, speaking of attention to details. The lender was able to send us document with our names misspelled and date of birth missing numbers! I am not speaking about number issues in the middle of the paperwork, but the first information at top of the document! How do you trust the rest of it, if even the simple information is not checked? Actually you don’t... On another note, I was on the phone, sending emails and texts with both real estate agent and lender the last 2 weeks before the closing. Which represented almost 50% of the total process of buying the house. Everyday!! Each day I was being told everything (and I quote) is “perfect” and “on time”. As soon as something else (because, even if perfect, they were always missing something)was requested, it was provided within hours to them. And I let you guess what happened next? They waited the last day to sign the title and send it over to my spouse in another state for wet signature. The whole procedure we agreed on, which was not put his name in the title, was to avoid that. Would you think that the lender should have known that and let us know? Should he know the Ohio state law regarding this specific point? I strongly believe he should, after so many years in the business. So, we are seriously considering his competences and knowledges. To Summarize, this closing ended up late, with extra fees and many bad surprises and complications. I would never advice to pick this company to go through a such important process as buying a house. Then, stay away. And last point, for all our last purchases, when we actually got the house keys, we always had a follow up and even a little gift basket for welcome. In this case,... just nothing and not even a follow up by phone call, email or any other way of communication. So, here is the level of expectations.
