      If I could leave less stars than one I would, my experience with Ken Burnett at home union mortgage was an absolute nightmare, it could not have been any worse, there was times where he would completely mix up our file with a totally different person. He went on three vacations while working on our file, one which he “forgot to bring our file” and the other where he was in the mountains and had no reception to get back to us. He caused our file to go over 4 months long... with way more than enough extensions. Do not use this company!!!!
