The review below is refreshing to me, simply because I am having severe issues with UHM, as a resident in a separate state. The severe issues have been occurring since I purchased my home. It is sickening what I have learned about the history of consistent betrayal by UHM and the depths this corporation, unabashedly, has been diving into, to attempt to derail honest, hardworking people's good intentions. Absolutely disgusting!

Our realtor sent us to him saying how wonderful he is but it turns out he just loves screwing people over. He botched the under writing and made us homeless for 5 days but it also turns out he went behind our wishes to have a small down payment and scheduled a 15000 closing cost and down payment that he knew we couldn't afford. We were not aware of the mistaken under writing until after I had signed my house away, which was 15 days after he had all statements and documents need. This man does not care for you or your family. He only cares about himself. When sending me the document to esign he never exaplained that I was going to have to fork out 15k he knew I didnt have. He never even apologized like the scum he is.
