Using Union Home Mortgage was the best part of my mortgage process! Bill DiCapua and his team were there for me every step of the way and worked hard to close on time in less than 30 days. They answered all of my questions and were pleasant and patient during the entire process. They may do this all day ever day but they remember how to treat those on “ our side” who don’t go through this process very often. Excellent customer service!

Over the last 9 months we have gone from getting a small loan to remodel our kitchen, to getting a much bigger loan to buy a new house, to deciding to go to building a new house and much bigger loan. The only constant throughout this process has been Union Home and probably our lack of direction without Union Home. We started working with Bill a month ago, he has been an awesome resource for two clueless customers. Then Friday I got a call from Bill. Before Friday I would have been happy to refer any friend/associate to him and say, “they were easy to work with and will get you a good rate”. After Friday’s call from Bill, we are now some of your biggest fans. He told me he could do our loan but he wasn't our best option, passing on lots of potential $s for himself. It’s not a call that many businesses will make, especially because Bill had done a lot of work to figure out creative ways to get the financing and help me work through some of my cluelessness. We are beyond impressed and will be telling our friends.
