  This was my first time trying to buy a home so it was a nervous time to say the least. Kris immediately put all of those nerves to rest by being open, honest and giving me a clear picture of what to expect every step of the process. He was easily available to get a hold of for the numerous questions I had for him and always answered the phone or returned my email in a quick and professional manner. Kris also went above and beyond what I would expect anyone to do to help my Wife and I get into our new home. When an unforeseen issue came up that was no ones fault, was going to push back our move in date to beyond when we had to be out of or old home. Kris and his assistant James stayed late in the office multiple times to help get paperwork through that allowed us to move in when we were hoping to. This had a huge impact on me and showed how much Kris really cares about his clients. He made the process of moving my family into our first home easier than I could have imagined and can't say enough positive things about my experience working with him.

  I've spoken with Kristian at Union Home Mortgage about mortgage options. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to refinancing and why rates are where they are. He was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. When I'm ready to pull the trigger on refinancing my home, I will only make one call.

  We highly recommend Kristian at Union Home Mortgage! He made the lending process painless by explaining everything to us in detail every step of the way! We closed on our new home faster than we expected and here a year later Kris still checks in with us to see how we are doing. When rates fell, he gave us a heads up so we could save even more. Not too many lenders care about their customers much as Kris does and in today's world folks like him are hard to find! Thank you Kris for helping make our dream of buying a home a reality!
