      Hello, I would like to reach out and hopefully get a little more understanding and support than I have received so far. I called yesterday 05/14/2019 about a pending transaction on my account. I was told it was not a pending transaction, that it was a pending deposit. When I looked at my account later in the day the money was taken from my account. I am frustrated because I called to verify that was NOT a withdrawal from my account, was told it was a deposit and now I am $650 short in my bank account. I have called and it seems like there is nothing that can be done. I am very disappointed in my experience with Union Square. Between this and having my debit card frozen every other week because of Fraud charges or having to actually change my debit card all together I am being frustrated. I hope this helps anyone in the future chose a different local Credit Union that will actually take care of their members verses discrediting members when they actually call to verify information. Thank you for reading this. I am out of the state until this weekend; however, I promise when I get back this weekend I will be closing all accounts with Union Square Permanently. Best Regards, -M
