  We had been patiently waiting for our dream home for over 7 years! When the opportunity came up Aida helped us navigate the complexity of buying a home for the very first time. She is honest, attentive and overall a very kind person. She was always available to answer any question big or small with much knowledge . She was reassuring, very transparent, and patient with me, which really helped calm my nerves. We are so lucky to have found Aida. She is definitely one of a kind and will invest the time necessary to get the job done!

  Great customer service! I used Aida Pinto last year for my home deeds and other important documents, she was very informative/ knowledgeable about everything I had a question about. if she didn’t know she sure got an answer for me quick. I’ve gotten my credit together like she suggested and will be contacting her again real soon. Thanks Aida! :)

  We had an amazing experience with Aida. We started renting our Downey house ten years ago when our parent passed away. We contacted Aida at the time to estimate the value of the home. She remained in contact throughout the years. We decided to sell the home this year so we contacted Aida. That was our Best Decision. Not only did she handle the listing, Aida found a buyer who actually purchased the home. Going through escrow was not easy for her. The buyer created several issues for Aida to resolve and she did just that. Aida was able to get the escrow across the finish line and the funding sent to us. She was responsive to text messages and emails. Aida is now helping us with some other properties we have. We highly recommend her!!!
