      Called the Chadbourn, NC branch and the lady I spoke with to ask a simple question was very short with me. Mind the lady I spoke with first, was very nice. The lady I needed to ask a question to though was short and rushed me off the phone without giving me a final direct answer and said she would call me back, which she did not. I waited all day yesterday for her call on the matter a she did not call back. I do not recommend this branch, rather would do banking at the Lumberton NC or my Myrtle Beach/Conway SC branches. The lady even seem to smirk when I mentioned the Lumberton branch which shows she is not a loyal employee. Would definitely not give this branch even one star if I were able as the customer service was extremely poor!
