      Have been a loyal customer for years. Credit score is average, other then a few medical bills that was suppose to be paid by WV medicade but they didn't take care of the medical. Everything else is in good standing. This bank turned me down for a small 1500.00 personal loan. I get direct deposit from my job I've been with for over a year. Ridiculous.

      *******I've delt with United Banks for 10 years and this is by far the worst bank I've ever delt with. If this would have been my first experience with them i wouldn't have ever started an account with them! If your wanting a bank account threw United I suggest you go Downtown. It might be a little farther but the people you deal with and there attitude is well worth your time. ******
