      Have used four banks over the last 15 years for personal and business and they are hands down the best. Customer service is exceptional. Would highly recommend especially if you run a small business.

      This used to be my favorite branch, but last time I was at this branch, I was treated so terrible, by multiple staff members, that I completely switched banks. If you enjoy being spoken to as if you’re incompetent and you love receiving attitude from managers, then this is the bank for you.

      Extremely rude without warrant. Bank tellers and manager Both. Online banking phone does not work. Customer service is subpar to even larger banks such as Bank of America.
