      I bank at United Bank personally and I have banked at almost every large banking branch. United Bank is striving for customer service on a higher level. I had a situation where I needed my payroll check available immediately and I was sure asking was going to be a waste of time. To my surprise they accommodated me like it was there problem. My vote for best BANK goes here.

      Horrible experience we had problems with a transfer from another bank called and spoke with the person that helped us open our account we gave her all the other banks information and gave them permission to speak with her to verify the money was there in our account. After assuring us that they verified the money was there and told us not to worry they reported us for fraud to the banking system. We did go in as promised and paid the money when we finally got it released and closed the account I would never recommend this bank to anybody. All they did was cause us more problems. that we have to fight to get corrected with I’m sure they have no intention of helping us with this. My advice is to find another bank where they are willing to actually do what they say they are going to and no treat you like criminal due to a bank error.
