I have banked with United Bank for over a decade. I have utilized multiple locations for different reasons. Pam at United Bank inside Locust Grove Ingles helped me with something urgent and it was time consuming. She talked me through it, made several phone calls to other branches and was so patient with ME! I really appreciate her customer service and her dedication to United Bank customers! It makes me proud that I use them for all my banking needs!

If I could give a zero I would. I've been getting change from this location for over 5 months -seeing the same teller every single week. Today an older lady asked if we have an acct w/ this location. I said yes, we have 3 buisness accts- gave her all 3 investment acct names. She looked up one, couldn't find it- so instead of looking up the other two accts, she asked the lady running the drive threw (SAME lady that's helped me every week for over 5 months now) if she helped me before. She said she'd never seen me before. SERIOUSLY!?! Don't do buisness with LIARS! We will be taking our banking elsewhere!
